Krazy (kudos to him!) has brought it to my attention that not everyone who plays Corealis will be familiar with the American high school and university system. Just to clarify:
High School
After graduating high school, a child can either choose to work or enter a college/university. The universities generally define your "class year" by the number of credit hours you have earned (aka the number of classes you have taken) rather than how many years you have attended, but to keep it simple, Corealis will use this format:
*I say fourth+ because some degrees will take more than four years to complete. Four is typical, however.
**Graduate students have already earned a degree (they have graduated) and are returning to school for further study (their Masters, PhD, etc.) and can actually be of any age provided they have earned at least one college/university degree.
Thus, the majority of students at Corealis University will be between 18 and 22 years old.
Another word we may need to talk about is major. A major is the area of study that a student earns their degree in, thus most of the classes they will be required to take to earn that degree will be from or related to that subject.
For example, a pharmacy major will take classes like organic chemistry, pharmacology, mammalian physiology, etc. but will also probably have some classes like English and economics.

Anthropology
Biology
Business

This is just a sample list and is not limiting. If there is another major your character wants to go into, feel free to go for it.
